Born in New England, Jessica found that the values that should have been instilled in her didn't hold true for her or her family. Her mother was mean and vicious, her father was indifferent and absent, so she found herself alone and desolate. She and her brother struggled through their childhood, and Jessica battled her own depression, hatred, and the bitter disappointments of life, until things turned around for her. She teetered on the edge of life, barely holding on, wanting to love and be loved, but pushing it away at every turn, almost losing her life line.
